The TIVAL FF4 Series (Fanal Controls) stands as a frontline component in hot fluid distribution and pressurized gas management. The operating mechanism of this device relies on the movement of a flexible Perbunan diaphragm that responds to pressure fluctuations inside the boiler shell. When the pressure hits the predefined upper threshold (Set Point), an internal SPDT microswitch mechanically breaks or establishes the control electrical loop toward the feed pump or burner system.
With an extremely rugged body construction, this unit successfully prevents catastrophic failures caused by extreme pressure spikes outside the boiler's design tolerance.
